Doug Davis is Vice President for U.S. Department of Defense for EDS. For NMCI, the world’s largest federal government information technology (IT) contract, Davis has overall responsibility for the design, implementation and ongoing delivery of EDS NMCI services to meet the Department of the Navy’s IT requirements in both classified and unclassified, deployed and non-deployed environments.
